How it all started…

So aside from the fact that we love travel, pasta, cheese, gelato, wine and many other things Italian, we have been falling for Piedmont for the last year and a half (at least).  We’ve had the opportunity while living outside of London to travel all over Europe and we keep coming back to Italy.  When we would post pictures of our travels, one type of comment kept coming up…you look so happy, so relaxed, so pretty, etc. Every single one of those photos was taken somewhere in Italy.  It might be that wine at 11:30 am has a certain relaxing, mellowing effect that came through in pictures but I believe that it just showed us in our element!  Having found our happy place (in general) we started thinking about how we could spend more time there.
