The offer

We decided.  We were going to make an offer on the house. We didn’t want to make an offer that the sellers would find offensive but we definitely needed to get a good deal on this house.  It was old, it had been empty, so you never know what unexpected things might come up.

After typing up the email to Lesley and hovering over the send button for a good 10 to 15 minutes, we did it – we officially jumped. Crap!
